How much will it cost to ship my order?
All parcels within Australia are sent Express via the Australia Post network. Spend over $120 and recieve FREE Express shipping. All orders under $120 will be charged a flat rate of $9.50.
International orders are sent via Australia Post and pricing is determined by weight and set using the Australia Post international shipping calculators. Weight limits vary by country and all prices are in Australian dollars. You can calculate actual shipping costs to your country via our online shopping cart. We currently offer both Express and Standard International post options.
Note: when ordering goods for delivery overseas, you may be subject to import duties and taxes. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Aqua Maternity is not liable for any such costs.
When can I expect my order to ship?
All orders will be processed and dispatched within 24 hours. Orders made on weekends and Australian public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day. To ensure timely processing, once your order has been placed and paid for, changes are not permitted (this includes any changes to styles, colours, sizes, quantities and delivery details).
Orders may be split across multiple shipments. Occasionally, items may be backordered, in this case you will be notified and provided an approximate date of shipment.
We use Australia Post to send our items using the Express Post network for guaranteed next business day delivery (subject to your location and the Australia Post network). Locations outside of major metropolitan areas typically take 2-3 business days.
International orders can take between 3-10 business days to be delivered depending on your destination and the service you select. View Australia Posts’ International Post Guide for delivery times to your chosen destination. Please note that standard delivery times exclude time in customs if applicable and may be subject to delay due to causes outside of Australia Post's control.
Can I cancel or modify my order before it ships?
Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes, including cancellations, to orders after they have been submitted.
An item may only be canceled if it is currently backordered. If you would like to cancel a backordered item, please email email@example.com
How will I know when my order has shipped?
We’ll notify you by email when your order has been sent and provide you with the tracking ID details (be sure to check your spam folder).
If items in my order are shipped separately will I be charged extra?
Your order may ship in multiple packages, but you will not be charged any additional shipping and handling fees. The fee you were quoted during checkout covers all items being delivered.
