What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, and Aqua Maternity gift vouchers issued in Australian Dollars (AUD).
If I place an order, when will I be charged?
If your card is authorised, payment will be taken immediately, and you will receive an email confirming that your order has been successful (please check your spam folder).
Why is my card being declined when I try to place an order?
This is likely because we could not obtain an authorisation from your credit card company. Check the card details on your account to make sure the information is correct e.g. the expiry date, card type or your billing address. Make sure you enter the security code correctly - that's the three digit number on the back of your card.
If your details are correct and your card is still being declined, it is best to check directly with your card issuer. They may have declined your payment and we aren't told why.
If your payment is declined, your order will be void. We're unable to hold items - you'll need to place a new order with us.
International orders and payments
Your order total will be calculated in Australian Dollars (AUD). It's possible you may be charged an international transaction fee by your bank if you're shopping outside Australia - this charge comes directly from your bank and is outside of our control.
Your order total will not include any duties, taxes or carrier brokerage fees. If applicable, these fees will be assessed upon delivery by the postal carrier, and must be paid by the order recipient. Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. They are based on the value of the order and the tax–free threshold, if it exists, for imported goods. More information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office. Aqua Maternity is not responsible for any such fees.

Why can I see different currencies on your website?
Customers can now view prices on our online store in a number of currencies. This feature allows international cusomers to more easily compare our price range with their own locally available options.
When international customers reach the checkout, final order amounts will automatically revert back to Australian Dollars (AUD) as this is our store's operating currency. While the content of your shopping cart can be displayed in your local currency, all orders will be checked out using AUD at the most current exchange rate. It's also possible you may be charged an international transaction fee by your local bank.

Do you offer price adjustments?
If you have purchased items within the last 7 days that are now on sale, we will gladly offer you a one-time price adjustment. You must contact us within 7 days of the original date of purchase. Email firstname.lastname@example.org.
We do not offer price adjustments on shipping charges.
